We were shown on how to use few gym equipment by our coach, Duffee (real name Haniff Gadaffi). Since I'm been doing workout for few years already, the demo doesn't catch my interest that much.
But before that, we were made to go through a series of grueling High Intensity Station based workouts. There were 6 types of workout. The workouts were:
- Barbell overheard press
- Kettlebell swing
- Kettlebell clean-and-rack
- Medicine Ball Squat Thrust with Wall Rebound
- Rope skipping
- Box jump
- Alternate wrist and forearm plank
Still elated after the torturous workouts
This is only the begining. The real fight starts for the next 5 days; to eat within the calories mean, which is for me 2000kcal maximum perday. For your information, my DCR (daily caloric requirements) is around 3500kcal perday. With 1500kcal deficit perday, hopefully I will lose 1-1.5kg in one week.
